UX & UI audit

An UX & UI audit is an analysis focused on finding the main problems in the UX area of e-commerce. In this audit, an expert takes on the role of an e-commerce customer who is visiting a site for the first time and executes arranged scenarios that may reflect the behavior of real customers.  

Assuming a variety of scenarios enables the auditor to examine each path of the "walk" through the site and find areas that may require expert attention. An audit can also help to find apparent errors in the UX and UI areas. The process is often called a cognitive walkthrough and is preceded by business and web analysis. As part of the audit, we use heuristic analysis, checklists, best practices for e-commerce in line with the latest industry trends.
